What was involved.
Stonedale were appointed by Lidl GB, to undertake a full modernisation and refurbishment of their existing store, in Driffield. A 2200 square feet extension was to be added, including a scope of works to fully transform the external envelope of the building, including an overhaul of the entire roof.
With 24.5 weeks to undertake all works, we managed to deliver on time, on budget and to Lidl’s high standard. 18.5 weeks of the contract were spent alongside a live trading store environment, so H&S was always of the highest priority to our site operatives, store staff and the general public.
