What was involved.
Contract awarded to Stonedale, to fully strip out and refit the existing store, situated on Great Eastern Retail Park in Rotherham.
Works undertaken include the demolition of the existing floor, installation of new concrete foundations, mezzanine floor structure, stairs and handrails, M&E installation, drylining and all internal finishes.
The project was delivered on schedule and within budget to the highest standard.
