Stonedale Construction was appointed by Cookridge Developments to construct a new 25,000 sq ft commercial retail unit in Birstall, designed to accommodate a new Home Bargains store.
The project centres around the construction of a new portal steel frame building, with Stonedale responsible for delivering the building ready for the client’s subsequent internal fit-out.
Working to a 20-week construction programme, the development requires careful coordination of the structural and external elements to provide a high-quality commercial unit ready for occupation and the next stage of works.
