Contract awarded to Stonedale to undertake the strip-out works to levels 1/2/9.
Works undertaken involved stripping out of the existing tenants’ fit-out, stud walls, suspended ceiling, M&E following the modifications and alterations to the existing sprinkler and fire alarm systems.
A particularly tricky project as all 800 cubic meters of waste generated had to come out of the building by the public lifts and car park.
